Minimum for a class depends on the class and is listed on the class description. Usually it's 4. (You, plus 3 friends.) The max for a class is 8,
Classes are booked for 2 hours.
Our host will arrive 15 minutes before the class to get set up.
Weeknights - 6:30 - 8:30pm
Weekends 11-1pm / 6:30-8:30pm
Our class fees are listed on the class details and include a private class and all the required ingredients.
We bring all the ingredients + knives and cutting boards. We will use the hosts pots, pans, dishes and utencils. The ingredients come in cooler bags with ice so no refrigeration is required. We do need use a stove, oven, a sink and hot water.
We can accommodate gluten free, nut/seed allergies, dairy allergies, no pork/beef at no extra cost. Please let us know about any allergies in advance of the class. We are not Celiac Certified, not recommended for participants with Celiac Disease.
Registration must be completed as soon as possible and no later than 5 days before the scheduled class.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: There are no refunds for cooking classes within 5 days of your scheduled class. Cancellations or refunds must be requested 6 days or more in advance of your scheduled class. In the event that a participant is no longer available to attend a class, the meals by the other participants and the host and guest can arrange for leftovers and recipes if requested. In the event that the host is no longer available to host the class with less than 6 days notice (this includes illness, power outages, unexpected family situations, inclement weather) there are no refunds. We will contact you to make arrangements for another date if possible. We always try our best to reschedule but there are no guarantees. Additional charges may apply for changes dates short notice or travel outside of the Fraser Valley.
